3. Alcohol Purchases

• Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 21 and above.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) is required at the time of delivery or pickup.

• Alcohol orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as per Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.

• Babai’s Mart complies with all federal and state alcohol sale laws. We reserve the right to refuse any alcohol sale that violates legal standards or our internal policies.

4. Catering Services

• Catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

• Custom menus and pricing will be confirmed upon order.

• A deposit may be required to confirm large or bulk orders.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup may be non-refundable, depending on the preparation stage and incurred costs.

• All catering requests are subject to availability and delivery range.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are applicable only for non-perishable, unopened grocery items returned within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

• Perishable items such as fresh meat, dairy, frozen foods, prepared meals, or alcohol cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days, once the return is approved.

• Returns without proof of purchase or outside the return window may not be accepted.

6. Online Orders & Delivery

• All online orders must be picked up or received during your scheduled time slot.

• If you are unavailable during the selected delivery or pickup time, please contact us at 512-548-6392 to reschedule.

• Delivery availability is subject to service zones and time slots listed on the website.

• Inaccurate or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or cancellations.
