General Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
📦 Non-Food Items (e.g., Utensils, Packaged Goods)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

Fresh halal meat and seafood

Alcoholic beverages (as per Texas state laws)

Cooked/Prepared food (including restaurant and catering orders)

Opened or tampered products

Customized catering orders or bulk party orders once confirmed
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, online wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

In cases where the original method is not available, store credit may be issued upon request.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

Missing items in your order

Catering Orders
All catering orders are confirmed in advance with detailed menu planning and customization. Therefore:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup for partial refunds.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.
